Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the conditions under which refunds are issued for digital products, such as educational video courses, sold by Euro-live EU s. r. o. 1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Products

1.1. All video courses purchased on our website constitute digital content, which becomes accessible for download and/or immediate viewing upon purchase.
1.2. In accordance with applicable regulations and laws, digital products that have been accessed after purchase are classified as non-refundable.

Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, as upon completion of the purchase:

  • The buyer immediately receives full access to the course content;
  • The content cannot be returned or replaced, and it is not possible to guarantee that it will remain unused after a refund.

2. Justification for Non-Refundability

2.1. Instant Access to Content. After a transaction is completed, the buyer gains access to the full course content, which can be downloaded, viewed, or used at any time. This makes it impossible to return the product in an "unused" condition.
2.2. Intellectual Property Protection. Our video courses contain unique educational content created to support users in their learning process. Refunding after access has been provided could encourage unauthorized use of the content, infringing upon the Company's intellectual property rights.
2.3. Legal Exceptions. European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and other jurisdictions establish that the right to a refund does not apply to digital content provided with the buyer's consent before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Exceptional Cases

3.1. The Company is prepared to consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical Issues: If the buyer encounters technical difficulties preventing access to the purchased course due to issues unrelated to their equipment or connection, they should contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
  • Accidental Purchase: In the event of an accidental purchase of duplicate courses, the buyer can request assistance to correct their order. In such cases, a refund will be considered based on the specific circumstances.

3.2. In all exceptional cases, refunds will only be possible following thorough review and at the Company's discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund if there is no substantiated basis for it.
